Suitable for grating, shredding, slicing, dicing and julienne of vegetables, cheese, bread, chocolate etc, our extensive range of high quality discs and grids allow the operator to obtain over 70 styles of product with an output of up to 1000Kg per hour. New discs and grids generate less liquid, minimize product spoilage and allow for a more uniform cut. Available as either bench top or free standing, (stand trolley available as optional extra), the Sammic CA-301, 401 and 601 vegetable preparation machines are a time saving and space conscious solution for busy kitchens anywhere.
