Description

These food warming units have tops inset with toughened glass Thermo-Panels. Each panel has built in heating elements which ensure evenly distributed heat
over the full area. The surface temperature is automatically controlled to hold hot food at 90�C – 100�C. Each panel is 1/1 Gastronorm size.
